Refund policy
At Sinead Gorey, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a refund or exchange under the terms below.
Returns

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds for made-to-order items.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns are at the customer’s own cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear in your account.
Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability).

To request an exchange, please email contact@sineadgorey.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for your exchange item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, seamless knit styles, swimwear, underwear, earrings, and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@sineadgorey.co.uk, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
