Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our London studio. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping option at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Please email us for express shipping option!
Made-to-order pieces take approximately 2–4 weeks to produce before shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders within the UK are shipped via tracked delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Made-to-order items are non returnable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
